TotalPrintSystems

All products sold by TotalPrintSystems include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, incorrect installation, modification, normal wear and tear, or other user-caused issues.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team and provide:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos or videos showing the problem

After reviewing your case, TotalPrintSystems may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or another suitable solution, depending on the situation and product availability.

The same warranty applies to approved replacement products, where applicable.
