  • Items returned without prior approval

3. Return Request Procedure

To request a return, you must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item.

Your request must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will provide instructions for the return process.

In all other approved cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–15 business days depending on the payment provider

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above.

6. Exchanges

7. Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
